A team of 5-10 people is created when a real estate transaction happens. Many times one of the parties has a lapse of communication or commits a benign error that isn’t noticed right away or at least communicated right away that ends up affecting the timeline or the outcome of your transaction.

The heroic deeds of your project manager (usually your real estate professional) must get the timelines back on track. If your Realtor isn’t focused, the analogy of the one legged stool comes to mind. 

This resource was created to create a focused team and to create an environment where the project can be staffed and levels of access can be granted. Documents & messaging happen on the task level. The right people see the right things.
